The PID quarterly meeting will be November 5th, from 11am to 12pm. It will be virtual on Google Meet (free for everyone).

The subject of the meeting is the winter plow/sand season. Here are some topics we will discuss:
- Plowing process
- 12" of snow or above plowing process
- Possible windrows in front of private driveways
- Potential problems for folks parking cars on the side of the road
- Potential of NOT plowing if snow is going to melt the same day
- Sanding process
- Result of sanding survey
- Only after snow event
- Only on Berg's Hill, switchbacks and potentially the "narrows" north of Combat Rock
- Refilling of sand barrels
- Reporting
- Who, where, and when
- Contact tree
- Communications between public, OTRR, and the PID
- Tire chains and/or studded snow tires advised
- Change to snow plow map (Spruce after Greenridge)
The 2022 Budget will also be reviewed.
